Date: Saturday January 30th
Kick off: 15.00
Venue: Selhurst Park
On Saturday Wolves return to London to take on Crystal Palace.
The two sides have met twice this season already. In October the reverse league game resulted in a 2-0 win for Wolves with Rayan Ait-Nouri scoring on hid debut and the second from Daniel Podence.
Earlier this month the two sides met again at Molineux in the FA Cup with Adama Traoré’s powerful first half strike being enough to see the home side through to the fourth round.
Wolves are still without several key players due to long term injuries. Raul Jimenez, Jonny Otto, Daniel Podence and Marcal will play no part in this game but the Wolves faithful are hoping that newly signed Brazilian striker, Willian José will have been given international clearance by Saturday and be available for selection.
Palace’s game on Tuesday against in-form West Ham ended in a 3-2 defeat for Palace despite taking the lead in the third minute thanks to a Wilfred Zaha strike from outside the box and Michy Batshuayi’s goal 7 minutes into added time.
Wolves fared a little better on Wednesday with their home game against Chelsea ending in a 0-0 draw. As a result, Wolves sit one place above Palace in the table on goal difference only.
The game will be shown live on Sky Sports Premier League

Nuno hinting at 'other problems' for tomorrow so I assume somebody else will be missing other than Aït-Nouri

Strange time to play a football match tomorrow. 3pm on a Saturday. How many times have we played a game at that time this season

This is our fourth Saturday game and the first with a 3pm kick off.

Was good to see Semedo getting the plaudits after his Chelsea performance. Seems he has now settled and will become a regular king-pin for the side.

Fabrizio Romano the main man for transfers has said that Valencia are in advanced talks to sign Cutrone. Great move if true and a little surprising.

Not sure i would have got rid of him at this stage but it is definitely best for him as Nuno clearly doesn't want him around. We just have to hope Jose doesn't get injured or we are back to having nobody up front and we will pick up very few wins the rest of the season.

Looks like Cutrone will join Valencia on loan before the deadline. And evidently Wolves are hoping to make one more signing in this window. Whether that will be Maitland Niles we wait and see but he is now linked with a loan to Albion
If we wanted to add a third striker maybe we should recall Rafa Mir from his loan to Huesca. They are bottom of the Spanish top flight but gave themselves hope of survival with an away win tonight with Mir scoring all three of their goals

Mir has had a very good first half of the season
Worst case scenario we recoup the 1.5m we spent on signing him

Two hattricks this month for Mir I think. Good bit of business that one, a prospective buy that has undoubtedly increased in value. Would think he could fetch toward 10 million soon.
