Lennon post match quote...

"It was a disgraceful decision. Gary Hooper did everything he could stay out of the guy's way."

You might wanna take another look at it before you say any more Lenny...

i think the ref had an absolute howler for both sides, some of his decisions were baffling, not quite as bad as the commentators stephen craigan

hooper blocks him with his chest ,arms in the air, no attempt to go for the ball but blocks the man, penalty soft but still a pen

i agree some of the free kick decisions that went for us were baffling tbh, then he had to ruin it by giving away a pen in the 88th minute

the way i see it,kayal and hooper try and tackle him he gets a break of the ball in the box,Hooper turns around realises he's too close puts his arms in the air they barge into each other,he hits the deck and the ref wrongly gives a pen

Aye Neil...the referee's one of those.......(not allowed to print the name)......who you blamed frequently last season for all your club's failings.

its the ILUMINATI again......it was defo a penalty...i have to say that there is a blame culture at parkhead....you are only as good as the players you have..to be fair you shouldnt even be there so...

I just saw the Hooper penalty incident this morning. Wasnt the nastiest challenge I have ever seen but it was a penalty.

I am sorry bhoys but to say Hooper tried to get out the way is just ridiculous. He deliberately turns into the guy and tries to impede his run. Not surprisingly the boy didnt need asked twice to go down. Putting his arms up in the air did nothing but emphasise how far he had pushed his upper body out in order to block the lad.

Loved all the interviews after the game - Big Dan, Chuck, Joe 'mumbles' Ledley - all lining up to say it was never a penalty!

Aye right.

Celtic may have an ounce of sympathy if they ever came out and gave a balanced comment about the decisions that went for them. But by just whining like this when the decision was probably 60:40 in favour of it being a penalty just makes them look like sore losers. Or drawers. You ken what I mean.
