We were sat in the home seats behind the goal for that game, having scalped some tickets outside. We were keeping very quiet and didn't jump up to celebrate. Literally hundreds of other United fans in the same stand did though.

The natives weren't happy, harsh words ensued.

I might be exaggerating a bit with hundreds, it probably just felt like that

I can't pick between any of them as they're all my favourites.

If you had Beckham on the list I'd have picked him though

Funnily enough... I voted Ronaldo, but he'd probably be my least favourite too By that, I suppose I mean that he's the one that I might have disliked if he'd played for another PL team and not us.

I voted for him mainly because I think he's the best player we've had, certainly in my lifetime. The 2007-09 squad was ridiculous and even then he stood out. You've got to admire his dedication and work ethic as well, plus my time in Portugal means that I tend to like our Lusophone players.

How far have we fallen that we need to reminisce our past at least 10 years ago to remember our favorite players. Imagine Real Madrid or Barcelona fans going through such spells of mediocrity

What a tool.

Ronaldo was the 'better' player.

Rooney contributed more to the club than any player since Keane. And is my 'favourite' of those listed.
