I follow the media as best as I can from Australia regards the Scottish game. Have yet to read or hear a single word regards responsibility should any issues arise from this weekends game other than it being the clubs involved fault.
It is a no fan present match no tickets have been offered.
Any person who breaches any law is not attending the game they are simply individuals who choose to breach covid regulations.
This is 100% the responsibility of the police to deal with again no tickets were sold.
Anyone in numbers larger than permitted outside the stadium should be dealt with as the police would in any other circumstance. The police have far too long lumped responsibility on clubs regards social disorder issues. Its their domain, if it was any other area of society they would have to deal with it so just do your job.
Nothing to do with the clubs

As soon as someone hits out with the 8.75 or * patter you know they are permaraging.
That is up there with sevco stuff
Delightful

So glad I make you happysometimes its the only way to hit back at Mags paranoia...good to see that you are still infected too
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wow. How you get paranoia from that I do not know.
Not one bear has argued the facts and that is telling.
Here's an example of paranoia for your edification.
What are Rangers the only club in Scotland who get their covid tests done outside Scotland?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because they chose randox health I believe. Randox health turn over PCR results faster than most suppliers.
There is only 1 accredited lab in Scotland and the turn over times for results aren't the best.
I'm assuming those would be the reasons
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And do you suspect that they would return false negatives?

Indeed. It was just an example of paranoia as I said earlier.
Easily debunked.
They do turn over tests faster than most as you say. And speed is important as I'm sure you'll agree.
Which makes the curious decision to send them to Norn Iron even more questionable.
Anyway, like I say , just an example of paranoia for Schitz's benefit.

There was a problem early in the pandemic with the main supplier using the lab in scotland where there was a high number of inconclusive results. that was due to the suppliers processes though not the labs.
As for mags point on speed, Randox actually use private helicopter couriers for transporting the tests.

With all due respect it was a one-sided rant with more opinion than facts and some of the facts were indeed presented without the full story

Plenty of companies in Scotland use them.

Tend to agree with the Op.
The individuals responsible for attending the stadium all knew the rules.
The club did put out do not attend messages but at the end of the day they are not responsible for the actions of others.
On a normal match day if a fan drives to the stadium and breaks the speed limit or drives dangerously - you wouldn't expect the club to be held accountable.
We don't ask football clubs to champion the requirements of the law for fans outside or on their way to the Stadium.
Inside the Stadium - it's obviously a different story but outside, the clubs are being unfairly criticised imho, especially when everyone knows the rules fine well.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The messaging from Rangers could have been a lot stronger for sure but ultimately people had been planning this George Sq nonsense online for months.
Feck every single person that went there they are a bunch of selfish erseholes.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sir selfish ersehole to you ya fat virgin
