I laugh when I hear people saying he’s a failure at PSG. He took over with 17 games played in 3rd, 1 point of 1st. He finished 2nd, 1 point of 1st. Won two cups. Knocked out Barca and Bayern in the CL. He just came up against a city side at the peak of their powers.

One point off third when he joined? A team and resources of PSG should be romping the league every season. Good for him on winning the cups but the league should be given. One point off 3rd place is nothing. You have to class his spell as a failure so far.

Yeah well done for beating Barca and Bayern but he beat Man City with a poorer Spurs side without Kane over two legs. Ultimately the owners of PSG want to win the CL so they might see it as failure too.

This, along with Sanchez, Aurier and Doherty.

Sometimes the lesser managers are the better ones. And the players have already spoken out about how impressed they were by Brighton. Good enough for me.

The crumbs of connection I have left with spurs will completely disappear if they appoint Martinez.
