may go the same way as Winks? Shame really if he does, as he was showing promise before his injury, almost a year ago.
What I have seen on him since his return is not the same player as before he was injured. I don`t see how he can hold a 1st team place down, especially if as I suspect Conte dips his toe into the transfer market in January and brings in at least one more midfielder, possibly two.
Hard really if you are a young English player, at one of the bigger clubs, trying to make it in the modern game. Not many do.
Oliver Skipp, does anyone think he

I'm hoping he becomes our version of Kevin de Bryune.

Fack off about De Bruyne.

God only knows what you've got against Kevin de Bruyne.
He's one of the best football players in the world.
And we could certainly use someone with vision and imagination and football skills like him!

But he’s played less than Bissouma. And that’s with him settling in. Seems unlikely to me he’ll be anymore than 4th choice. I think it’s more likely he leaves Spurs for game time than ends up close to the amount of apps that Winks had for Spurs.

I think that’s only cos he was injured for 9 months and has just gotten his fitness back in the last few weeks

As a general player completely, but I'm not sure how much he suits Conte's system. In terms of midfield talent he is our best midfielder I think, but PEH and Bentancur suit the system hence why there are ahead of him (and I belive the same with Skipp).
Bissouma is really talented though, had he played for Peps Man City I think he would replace KdB.

I think it’s probably just an issue of settling into a new club and getting used to Conte’s methods. Most of the team are playing crap as well. I suspect Bissouma will put things together once he’s settled, probably second half of the season when playing once a week. Skipp won’t get a look in then.

I think you'll be surprised with how many games he plays under Conte though. Maybe not many starts, but with 5 subs now I think he'll at least feature in most games.

Maybe, but as I say he’s still going to be fourth choice. Will be interesting to see if he’s content with that. A lot of young English players seem to be leaving big clubs nowadays in favour of game time.
