Battlefield 2042

Tactical Conquest is where it's at, can be found in Portal in Battlefield 2042. Smaller maps, no vehicles, 32 v 32

Battlefield 1 is still my favourite of the series and has yet to be surpassed.

Actually felt the patch a couple of weeks ago was the biggest win so far.... unfortunately I think the damage has been done, so difficult to get my friends to play, again cant tell you what a massive L is not letting everyone play together, like fine let current gen play on higher count maps if they want to, but also let us play with our last gen friends on smaller maps

Yeah that does suck, but tell your friends that the game is excellent now and they're missing out on a quality Battlefield game if they don't play it. Especially if they've already paid money for it.

Agree Simon the damage well and truly done, Im in the same boat, so few people on my friend list play it anymore, the last one I seen a healthy number on my friends list play was BF1.

Its hard to see where they go from here, the need to either go right back to what made the game and try and get those BF3/4 vibes back again, or completely revamp the game and go in a new different direction completely.

Frustrating cos its should be pi$$ easy for BF to have a very good BR / extract mode similar to COD.

Dice are too stubborn to try and piggyback them even though this is what they did around BF3 time. BF3 defo seen them move to a slightly faster pace, smaller engagements (in terms of distance player are engaging each other) and the fans loved it.

I think the biggest tragedy is that those who played BF2042 when it was first rushed out don't realise how good the game is now. I can't stop playing it and as someone who's a bit of of a COD addict I've stopped playing COD now in favour of BF2042.

Looks like Battlefield 2042 will be free on PS Plus in March . Will mean even more people playing it

Yep will be a game changer. There will be a whole new wave of people either playing it for the first time or coming back to it and realising what a top game it now is
