I am very curious to see what the general feeling around Greenwood is from fellow United fans? I know most will sit on the fence so I have not included an option for that!
5* Bring him back. The kid is special and could potentially be our no.9 for the next decade, saving us 150m in the process.
1* Bin him. The damage it will do to United's reputation and image outweighs the potential of one player.
As for me, the view from atop this fence is pretty sweet so I'm going to stay here for awhile.
UPDATE:
- Interestingly, on 'The United Stand'
71% voted to 'Keep', 29% voted to 'Sell'
So literally the opposite to the poll on here. Could this be down to the age demographic? I assume those on Youtube on average are younger than us dinosaurs on here?
General Greenwood Consensus?

He's quite obviously abused at least one woman.
Being found guilty in a court of law is very different and often impossible as this has shown even with plenty of evidence.
Wouldn't want someone like that playing for my club, nothing to do with the clubs rep. It's ridding the club of vile behaviour, there's never even been an apology or acknowledgement from my understanding?

If he apologises then he admits he's guilty
I guess he could apologise to the club and fans for footballing reasons though.

Luis Suarez was found guilty of racism and biting two footballers on the pitch which is basically GBH in the street for the common man. He wasn't sacked either.
Greenwood's contract could be terminated mutually for sure but I don't think there's a cat in hells chance they will sack him now the charges are dropped.

Publicly, it’ll be a mutual termination if they do decide to sack him. Most of the time it isn’t really that though!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And that's different. That would be with his consent and no comeback. I agree too
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think it’s what people mean though. Ultimately, it’s your decision whether you decide to terminate or not. If you do, you’ll (quietly) pay him a settlement as neither side would want it to go further.

Innocent. Will play for United again and rightly so. Might be worth considering anonymity until proven guilty for the accused.

Well he's 100% guilty of abuse, it was filmed. He can apologise for that in a way at least.
Being convicted of a crime is a different matter, influenced by other factors involved with criminal trials and laws.

Who is/was General Greenwood? I've heard of Custer, Patton and Motors but not General Greenwood.
