Not sure that would really mean anything either tbh.

Football is a sport, although now at a high level and financially crucial to win.

But still, we all heard the tape. Even with football at the level it is I still feel his importance will never be enough for people to get over what people heard and what he done. (if the tape is genuine)

One thing I have never quite got my head around is, if the girl is insinuating it happens frequently, why didn't she just leave?

Surely she must've weighed the pros and cons of being with Greenwood and the pros clearly outweighed the cons for her.

Don't get me wrong, Greenwood is still clearly a disrespectful, pretentious narcissist but the girl had a choice.

Even if she comes out and says it was just role play, it wouldn't sit well with me.

Why didn't she say this earlier, if she did why did the police and CPS continue up to this point.

'It was role play' wouldn't cut it with me.

Think he should be binned tbh. There will always be doubt surrounding him,

He is not convicted, and there are question marks on the allegation that we will never know the answer for. Yes he made mistakes, but he will learn from them and will evolve as a person. It is time for him apologize and put everything behind him. We need to see him in the team again.

Exactly that. Partey only got off on a technicality. For Greenwood the charges have been dropped.

This trial by Twitter thing has got to stop. He's been found not guilty in a court of law. He should be free to resume his career. Not just anywhere, but at Manchester United.

My head says get rid in a heartbeat, but then I think greenwood was 20 years old when this supposedly happened.

I'm not trying to justify any of what he has reportedly done, but he is still a kid.

People around him not giving him the right guidance... he wouldn't be the first young kid who has gone down the wrong path after receiving fame and fortune.

Part of me does think that there are plenty of people around him that have let him down massively.
