Your Top 5 moments supporting Spurs

Just interested to hear thoughts on your top 5 Spurs moments supporting them personally. I have only ever seen us win 2 League cups due to my age, but 100% they make my top 2. I couldn’t careless what people say, watching your team lift a trophy beats any CL qualification.

My Top 5 Spurs moments as a fan

1. League cup 1999 v Leicester - 1st trophy i saw Spurs win

2. League cup v Chelsea 2008 - the euphoria beating Chelsea who always had our number during that period

3. Lucas Moura v Ajax - doesn’t beat winning a trophy, but absolute incredible moment. Not ashamed to admit i cried.

4. Peter Crouch goal v Mancity at the Etihad - CL qualification goal - what a result

5. Spurs v Arsenal 5-1 league cup semi final - i was there that night and probably the greatest atmosphere i have witnessed at WHL

Your 1 & 3 should be in my top 5 Don but I missed the winning goal in the league cup final (Alan Nielsen?) and Lucas scoring the winner in the champs league

I went for a pee both times ….the Lucas one guts me more even though the other won a trophy ….I heard my brother going crazy and knew what had happened and I missed it ! Was ecstatic but gutted at the same time

My best moment you listed it….city / crouch ….champions league qualification guaranteed …great night

Why the hell did you go for a pre in the last minute of the league cup final - surely you wait?

Cheers boys. The cup wins for me will always beat those moments. Loved beating Chelsea in that final and the way we did it in ET. Beats the Lucas Moura moment for me which obviously was incredible, but inevitably lead to nothing as we lost the final. Obviously still an incredible high and moment at the time, but seeing Spurs and Ledders in particular lift a trophy beats any of that. Be exactly the same if Harry Kane lifts an Fa cup with us this season

Be better still if he lifts the CL. Arsewipes win the Prem. Spurs have to win the CL. It's in the stars.

too funny black, ive got a friend who in all the playoff games would go upstairs and sit in the bathroom to give our team good luck. never saw any of the game winning goals but thought he was a big part of it because of his superstitions

Top 5 for me:

1. Being behind the goal to see Tony Parks save that penalty vs Anderlecht in 1984. What a night. Really good opponents but just knew the cup was ours that night.
2. FA Cup final replay vs City in 1981. Ricky's winning goal was just something else. Atmosphere was electric all night. With standing back then, I lost a shoe and ended up about 50 yards away from where I started giving the crowd excitement.
3. Gazz's free kick vs Arsenal in the 91 semi. Jeez, what a strike. Remember we were all saying "he's not is he" as he lined the ball up.
4. Last season's 3-0 vs Arsenal. Best atmosphere I even witnessed. Arteta's face at the end was priceless.
5. Although not there, Lucas hatrick vs Ajax. Like everyone else watching on the telly, at half time, you just could not see THAT outcome. Wife thought I was mad running around the house when the 3rd went in.
( just a shame the final was such a disappointment )
