If we are not going for Poch, i'd say Thomas Frank should be our number one target.

Although he wants to go he'll still want to win rather just keep conte till end of the season and get the Brighton manager who will be more attainable in the summer

Mason coming is 100% a lose lose situation. He somehow miraculously gets 4th won’t be because of his managerial ability, it will purely be because of a fresh idea bounce and Spurs being Spurs will go all cheap and hire him. An absolute disaster. Hopefully Mason comes and we lose the rest. It’s literally a no win situation right now.
