All our players play better when in their favored position.
Thankfully with a larger squad they should never have to do otherwise.

I don’t always agree with the square pegs round holes complaints.

It’s an easy criticism that can’t be used as a broad brush statement.

Look at the players that Bielsa shifted and it was brilliant. Phillips, Dallas, Pablo. Probably our best players for three seasons on the bounce and all were ‘out of position’

Look at Arsenal moving Ben White and that’s been a huge success.

At the end of the day some players hit it and others don’t. The manager should be good enough to know which ones which though

Great news, hope his salary is reflective of the fact he is best player at the club.
Form player, expect him to go through a period of poor form and expect a period where he is slated.

When he is not "Too Many Touches Harrison" he is often a star player on the field and has scored many key goals for us.

It was Bielsa who played James as a striker having paid woefully over the odds for him.

Rodrigo should be on the list too as a number 10. Another miss, & also Bielsa.

James started by Bielsa but continued by Marsch.

Harrison has blown hot and cold but seems to be thriving under Gracia - this is a very good decision.

He could so easily have ended up like James, tossed aside at the last minute by Marsch (and Orta) just before the window closed, almost like they were trying to sweep expensive bad management decisions under the carpet. At least with James, the decision to offload was justified but Harrison to Leicester, probably for peanuts, would have been a BIG mistake.

Harrison's a clever player with enormous potential. Hopefully now his future is settled with us for the while, we'll see him really go for it. Is there any reason why he can't follow Pablo's example?

Said in the summer that he's underrated by most on here. Had what most would characterise as a bad season, but still getting goals and assists, even if they do come in runs.

Read the other day that he's in the top five or six for chances created over the last three seasons. Every bit as influential as other players, but gets less credit because he's less fashionable.
