Yet another night full of freak accidents.
The players out there weren't good enough yesterday and the biggest mistakes are still on the same players who have ruined for us before.
It is also about the club's operations, uncertainties surrounding ownership - hopefully yesterday's result can give the Glazers a real reality check and contribute to the club being sold soon.
Because when summer comes, we depend on stability and a good plan. Not least financial backing.
Maguire, DDG, Martial - especially these three have had to leave us. The uncertainty at the back of the field is enormous, which the former ensure. And Martial is unfortunately nothing more than a huge talent who never lived up to expectations.
Strengthening this central line, alongside an additional midfielder, is essential.
Something else that is crucial is that the fans' protests start in full force again, we have been lazy and taken sales and better times as a matter of course, now we really have to persevere and make sure that the future will be the way we want it to be.
Utter disgrace

DDG and Maguire are guaranteed accidents. Dalot, AWB, Lindelof and Shaw are prone to them too.
None of them are really good enough for a title aspiring team. Shaw is the best of a bad bunch.
Only Varane and Martinez would you fully trust in a title race.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You couldn't trust Varane to be fit though

Funny how UTD fans cry about not being financially backed year on year. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard.
You’d are up there with City and Chelsea in spending stupid amounts, year on year and are part of the problem why transfer fees are crazy.
Pogba
Maguire
Sancho
Anthony
Lukaku
Di Maria
Fernandes
Varane
Martinez
Martial
Casemiro
Fred
Wan-Bissaka
And I’m sure there’s more.
No doubt you’d will splash stupid cash again next summer.
Your fans crying about not being back is ridiculous. You’d are arguably worse than City
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not one fan ever complains about that. Only rival fans ever mention it because it's a fabrication

We started the game with 3 of our best back 4 missing, our true captain Bruno out suspended and our leading scorer on bench just coming back from a knock.
We never really stood a chance. The real damage was done last week.
Our away form under ETH is poor too. We have only beat one of the top 12 in the PL away this season. It's been out form at home that has seen us improve in the league a little.
Manager needs to rethink his tactics in away games as we get thumped a fair bit more than we should.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I really think it's far more mental than tactical. This isn't new. We lost our last 6 or 7 away games last season too, for example.
He can adopt whichever tactics he likes but when you have players who simply cant motivate themselves to perform away from their own stadium, you could have Pep in the dugout and they would still fail.
It's a recurring theme and one that seems to manifest itself moreso at the business end of the season. Look at Ole's caretaker spell, look at last season and again this season. When the going gets tough, this lot get shirking
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Is this not the same lot who broke a PL record for away victories on the trot and kept coming from behind to win games under Ole?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No crowds, less pressure. They're also the same lot who got him sacked. So are you saying that he was good at tactics, then became bad at them when crowds returned? Makes lots of sense
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No; I’m saying that people play the ‘weak mentality’ card and ignore all evidence to the contrary when it suits them (usually when they’re angry after a loss).
All fans do it. Liverpool fans have done the same this season, about the very same group of players, despite banging on for three prior seasons or so about how they were some kind of freak group of iron-clad, irrepressible warriors.
Players and squads go through ups and downs. This group of players’ record shows they’ve demonstrated incredible mental fortitude at times, and weakness at others. As will probably every other squad’s.

Most teams don’t collapse and get absolutely hammered on a regular basis like we do. They are clearly mentally fragile. It wouldn’t happen so often if they weren’t.

Does it happen that often?
It didn’t last night. Last night was:
1-0 - ridiculous decision by DDG and sloppy pass by Maguire
2-0 - a bit of a lucky deflection but mainly poor goalkeeping
3-0 - DDG doing what DDG does when he leaves the six yard box
It was a poor performance all round, but they were the better team from the start. We weren’t at the races at all.
If anything, our best period came when we were 2-0 down, at which point we looked like we had a decent chance of getting back into the game (first 15 mins of the second half).

Are you serious? Of course it does. You could just list the Liverpool and City games in the last few years. Let alone the pastings we’ve had off everyone else.

Does it happen to us any more often than it has happened to Liverpool this season, for example? Or to Spurs or Arsenal (not this season, obviously) the last few?
I’m not saying there haven’t been times at which we’ve capitulated completely, obviously. But that isn’t unique to United.
And equally, there are times at which this same squad (as pointed out above) has gone behind by a couple of goals, has dug in, and has got something from the game.

Yes it does. Just look at out results. And it’s not something that has happened just this season, it’s been happening regularly since Mourinho’s final season.

It’s a squad full of internationals. Of course it’s going to be bale to dig in and get results. But it’s a pattern of fragility that we see every year.

Too many so called 'fans' call for 'fans protests' to happen, or to be 'stepped up', at times like this.
Who actually are these 'fans' who are expected to participate in these protests? Do you mean the 75K United supporters who pay to enter the stadium on home matchdays? Or are you calling for wider participation from some of the estimated 1B digital, 'non legacy fans of the future', worldwide, most who have never been to Manchester never mind seen United, that United themselves and the new media claim to have?
