Didn't back Poch when Spurs were always chasing for the title, lacking in 1/2 players at the the time, even when we go to the CL final didn't back the manager with a replacement for Dembele who was a very big loss to the club.
Backing means like for like quality and not getting a player who is for the future or getting someone who is 10 times cheaper!
Then last window and this window he didn't back Conte, and instead keeps getting players he think he can turn into money making ones, like Rodon, Gil etc...
This chairman interferes with the football side when he is clueless about it, and he is prepared to sacrifice the club to make or save a quid!
He opted to sack JM 6 days before a cup final and installed Ryan Inexperinced Mason to take charge of the final a chance for Spurs to win a trophy, so that he could save a few quid on JM bonuses!
Then sack Conte and instead of replacing Conte with a fulltime manager, he replaces Conte with a cheaper option of Stellini -- again to save money.
What does the inexperienced Stellini do? Changes team formation on match day
Someone should check Stellini's coaching licence!
Levy has saved huge amount of money but he has crashed the side, crashed the fans, and their hopes.
Unless he goes, fans should not go to watch this team anymore.
I scoffed at GB when he said "if Spurs win" and I knew we would get a hiding today...But never in million years, would I have thought Stellini would experiment with the formation without having coached the system first!
Honestly, Spurs players have become very complacent, know they wont get benched, and that the main man in charge is himself is a rookey!
As for Newcastle, they have every chance of becoming the next City.

The worst attempt at trying to replace a player is Walker. We've had 5 replacements now, or 6 if you include Spence, and each one has been a little bit worse than the next. I mean I'm in danger of writing Porro off too early but he's been another disappointment so far.
Since Trippier, who has since shown he was never as bad as the fans thought, we have spent in excess of 120m trying to fix the right back problem and are still no better than when we had him all those years ago.

Nothing wrong with Porro - but he is a creative wing back in the TAA mould, he is not a top defender. But as usual there is no one at the club putting these things together so we play as a bunch of blokes with zero cohesion rather than as a team.
At Sporting if Porro went forward then Ugarte filtered across to cover for him. At Spurs if Porro goes forwards, Kulisevski sulks, Kane drops so far back that Lloris is ahead of him and Son gives the ball away

Levy probably thinks giving Poch the contract would concur that sacking him in the first place was a mistake. Irrelevant where we were when he got the sack. You don;t sack the manager that got us regularly fighting for the title and CL final, just because of 1 potential bad season?

Trippier, criminally under rated. Had a really poor season with us towards the end but look what he’s done at Atletico and Newcastle? Brilliant player

I can't see why not? Under Poch, Dier and Sanchez looked class and he turned Winks into a classy midfielder (who can't forget that performance against Barca?)
A good coach can turn average players into very good ones. Look at Pep. Ake was bang average and now looks a very good one. Same with Grealish. The list goes on.
Yet we are not saying Poch working with this set of players only, of course, the club has to invest in new quality players as well. Get Poch back and back him properly now that the stadium is built and we can then start re-building the team.
Not doing so is negligence from a chairman of a football club.

Funnily enough, Trippier has had a pretty interesting career since leaving WHL.Now he's showing up at a top four club...and looking down on Spurs!
