Most of us will be happy so far, at least with the amount of business already done in a relatively short space of time. As with all transfer windows we'll not really know of the quality of those bought until we see them in action against decent opposition. After we play Newcastle, Hamburg, Olympiacos, Hoffenheim we'll have a better idea. Beale seems to be buying much younger players than we've just lost, capable of filling the specific roles he has in mind, and playing his particular style of football. At this point I'm excited about the season ahead......but we have been here before.
I'm still hoping that Cifuentes comes in to bolster our midfield, likewise Panzo in defence, and that any outgoings (Tav, Barisic, Davies, Colak etc are replaced) and would get very excited at the prospect of raising funds by selling at least Wright, Roofe, Matondo, and Kamara, possibly others
Less important maybe but I'd let McLaughlan leave for free, and I'd still buy another centre-back
Looking good for now though. (One worry is that Rodgers will come in and spend 4 times what Beale gets to spend. We'll just have to hope that we get better value from our relatively modest amounts than they get from their fortunes. I'm not bitter. I'm taking a longer view as this is just a temporary phase these clubs are going through. Our respective positions and strengths have changed back and forth over the decades.....just hope I don't snuff it before we win 10IAR! )
So far, so good

Aye, who knows, MIller. Rangers got to gel with the new guys - could be great, could be difficult? All the boys new top the Scottish game and that isn't always easy, the pace, the tackles.
For us, you have to ask if buying all these guys at £1-6m has been such a resounding success then why would you change it up and risk any more other than money burning a hole in the pocket? OK, we've probably emptied Japan of low hanging fruit but plenty more markets.
Money might be spent for Rodgers to finally get his indoor pitch as well and that won't be cheap albeit Celtic have a knack of doing the bare minimum. Even if it was similar to Toryglen, Oriam, Ravenscraig with 3-400 seats it would be decent though FFS not the Ravenscraig lighting. I imagine it would be at Barrowfield so the academy could get the most use but who knows?

I watched his conference league goals and thought he seems to score the gimmes at least. A nice change of pace from Morelos and Sakala there.

Great news that.
Hopefully we can get the finger out this week on a couple of new first teamers to join him, as I don’t see the current recruits in the first XI.

Young Leon King has a bad injury (contact injury to his ankle). Do we need to get somebody in? Balogun even?

By looks of it Balogun will be coming back. Its a bit of a disappointing signing although I do see why.
I think if Davies moves we need to be signing another, but you'd imagine he's on decent wages having signed from Liverpool for pretty decent money. Will a loss need to be taken to move him? What are the targets likely to cost. I've seen names like Trusty and Panzo although I have seen zero minutes of either.

Balogun makes sense as cover for King. Good to see that likely means trust being put in King.
Agree would be good to see a new centre back come in and replace Davies to improve xi, Trusty ideally
