He's just posted on Instagram (it's there I've checked) announcing that he and his partner have had a child on 11.07.23.

Is this another step towards integrating him back into the football fold?
I'm not stating I want him to return or anything. Indeed I hope he and his partner are happy and treat the child well. However, there does seem to be a drip feeding of his name/image into the public consciousness now.

I don't think he's evil, but he did a bad thing at least once.
He should be able to play football, it's his job after all.
But I think it would be better elsewhere.
Her father forgave him immediately, Mason is his ticket to a better life.
Her, we don't know, it maybe genuine, or she may have chosen a richer life, rather than a poorer one with a nicer man.

Please note this article is to discuss Greenwood's potential return due to the drip feeding of his more positive stories on social media.
It's not about the awful thing he's done. We've already established her what he did was vile.

Lmao. The evil of Greenwood will never be forgotten let alone forgiven.

I still think if he was to come back for United it would need much more explanation around the situation. I still think it is more likely he plays his career elsewhere simply due to corporate and stakeholder pressure. I am keen though to hear how people, including those those who cite 'evil' and no chance of forgiveness, feel about the fact that she has forgiven him, her family have forgiven him and clearly they can put faith in rehab, the future and a second chance?

Abused women forgive their abuser all the time. It's a common issue. I pity her and any other woman (or man) in an abusive relationship.
As for her family, do we know they've forgiven him? Have we heard anything from them?

It's not glass houses. I've never spoken to a woman like that, and I'm sure that goes for the vast majority. Maybe you have though.
