I think this will be the case. A year or so ago when this was all kicking off, ETH will have taken him aside and said "Mason, son, we are willing to play you again, but only if you produce a baby first".

It is just the next step. The final step will be getting a dog. Then he will be on the bench. If they get matching tattoos then that's the final step towards being in the starting 11.

Yeah but why would he get removed during the warm up? Surely they'd just sub him off during the match or not play him at all? I know the abuse he put her through was vile but very unlikely to remove him halfway through a warm up.
