If he did he is an even bigger tool than Tierney on VAR. Why is it that always seems to ve tierney involved!

FA should do the right thing, but we are going to need him next week against Newcastle. If not I feel like we will lose because he’s the only one with composure in that midfield atm with Thiago not fit yet.

I think they will say he made contact (which he did) so the 3 game ban will stand ......

We definitely need a mine sweeper in front of the back 4 ...they got through right down the middle again a number of times today

I agree it was harsh, but there is no way they would win an appeal. MacAllister arrived a little late, made contact studs up onve the ball had gone. If the referee had given a yellow, noone would have complained, but there is no way that first VAR could intervene, and second, an appeals panel will overturn that. And if they deem the appeal spurious, he will get a further ban.

I thought it was soft but he did make contact. Out player made most of it. Defender a fool for doing that.

Watching MotD and the officials had a mare.

I agree that it probablly shouldn't have been, but it wasn't a clear and obvious error. You can understand what the referee saw, he saw studs on shin once the ball had gone. But MacAllister didn't "do" him - he made a challenge for the ball but got there late. If they do appeal, I hope the appeals panel take into account that he didn't go in with force but there is always the danger of them adding another game ban for an unmerited appeal and that would be disastrous for the player.
