That was awful, we looked like a team who didn't want to compete from the first minute. It's hard to even single out individual players when everyone (bar enzo) was a 0/10 summed up by silva's mistake which is only his 2nd high profile mistake since arriving at the club.
But we need big changes now, this weekend was the worst perfomance since Boehly and Co took over.
No effort at all from the players, no changes when everyone and their dog saw that newcastle were going to take the game away.
A disgrace on every level, can't blame player integration, can't blame number of injuries, and can't blame the opposition as newcastle didn't even play very well.
All newcastle had to do was turn up.
An absolute shambles.
I would very much drop the lacklustre sterling again (only time he's put in effort this year is v city), get jackson quickly out of this team, and get colwill and disasi back into the back four. Badiashile is not ready yet after such a long injury.
Need to bounce back and go on a run now with some fairly welcoming fixtures (on paper) in Brighton, utd, everton, sheff utd and wolves.
Show some fight boys ffs
Worst perfomance of the Boehly era

Have been games this season that we have lost but the actual performance was ok but this was just shambolic top to bottom and Newcastle full deserved what was an easy win.
Don't think it was the worse performance since Boehly and Co took over (last season plenty of worse performances) but definitely the worst performance under Pochettino for sure.
First time this season though that i've really been dissapointed in the actual performance so hopefully a blip and no more, lets see if we get a response.

The reason im saying about the performance being the worst is this is the least injuries (7) that we've had since boehly took over, the team have been playing well and should have beaten city and even the games we lost (brentford and villa) we were far the better team.
This was an asbolute sh!tshow from the off, nobody got out of 2nd gear.

Fairly welcoming fixtures?
Two of those sides have been well ahead of you for some time now.

And a couple of the others' style of play are what Chelsea typically struggle against.

easier than spurs, city, arsenal and newcastle. 4 of our last 5 games.
So yes a lot more welcoming, utd have been awful this year and somehow picking up results, everton and sheff utd are rubbish

Brighton stylistically are another good fit for you. Hard to call re United since they don't really have a style of play at the minute.
the big question is how are you gonna fair against this run of more defensive sides. you'd think that Luton and Sheff Utd are so awful that even you should be able to break them down, but Everton, Palace and Wolves are gonna be big tests for you

Oh, expecting utd to beat us, but still not as tough as a city or arsenal for example

We don't though, we've got some fine players although obviously injuries have played a huge part.
