Saw a number of calls for his head today. I can’t see how him going will help, but over to you.
1* stay
5* go
Eth. A simple poll part 2.

No it isn’t, with the exception of blatant inaccuracies such as how he’s handled senior players.
You don’t have any credible point.
You’ve tried to pin under performance on inexperience because it sounds logical in your head, and when challenged you don’t have the humility to admit it’s utter garbage.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
See what I mean
Get yourself a girl fella, even if you have to pay. It might help you grow up a bit and not make you so desperate for validation.
That’s great, free advice you should heed 👍
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And another reply without any actual point.
You know you can’t justify what you said and so you’re just making personal insults.
Standard.
You can’t give a single point of something that applied to ETH that doesn’t also apply to other, experienced managers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah I can, it’s his inexperience. Boy you’re thick.
And you invite the insults, cause as I said, you’re an utterly obnoxious individual.
There’s nothing else to say to you, so leave me alone. You’re sucking the life out of me.

‘It’s his inexperience’
That’s it. That’s your argument.
You really are a mess of an individual.

Scousers are actually taking more sense than most of our delusional fans. Says it all.
Every single rival fan in the country wants ETH to stay. That's all that's needed to be said. They don't fear him. They know he's not good enough.
As soon as the takeover is done and Jim has his CEO in place....it's time to move on from ETH. When you spend £400m and take a team backwards you don't deserve any more time.

The 'debate' - such as it is - is pointless on so many levels.
For a start, it's an issue of the club and too many inferior players regardless of age, origins etc. Not the person lumbered with having to select sub-rate players in a position/formation they are not fit for.
It's been the same under all the managers/coaches since just before SAF retired.
Spot the pattern and deal with the real issues.
Stop relying on importing pension-pot supplementers, or a busted academy that is clearly producing non football-intelligent, basic-skills absent, charlatans.
Get back to nabbing epl experienced players that can do the basics - you know stuff like having the ability to concentrate, play with direction and team intelligence. This is a tough league and charlatans (and their weaknesses) are easy to spot by genuine professionals.
Oh and play players in their specialist positions - ALWAYS

He has to sell to buy. They didn't go and he got hampered by injuries to players. Why wouldn't he use them?
They are club property.
Silly point imo

Aren't they both two of your better players in the last month or so.
A manager able to work out what is best for the team should be kept.
Keep going ETH, we are all behind you!
