The first thing to say is, I have zero knowledge of what goes on in the club.
I know nothing about the dressing room, who chooses which player to buy, I know nothing about contract extensions, bust up between players, or who rates Erik.
But, by the miracle of sight, I know Antony is no good, I know Casemiro and Varane have had some excellent games for us, but Varane is injury prone, and Casemiro needs to get properly fit. Lissandro is a good player, and Onana and Hojlund I don't know yet.
Imo Erik has been unlucky, plenty of injuries, and in important positions,
Bruno and Rashford off form.
He rarely has had the chance to play his best team.
Bad points, again Imo. Playing Rashy for too long. Giving the captains armband to Bruno, who needs dropping anyway. Give it back to Harry or Varane. Playing McT with defensive responsibilities, he hasn't got any, or many at least.
Good points, likes to play youth and introduces them in the right way, witness Garnacho and Mainoo.
Doesn't listen to fans or tabloids opinions.
Gives players time to get over injuries.
Does his best to get rid of deadwood.
Gave Harry another chance who grabbed it.
Is sensible.
And has a record that makes him worth persevering with.

Agree with this. Get Jim in first to hopefully make changes on the football side, get the injured players back and keep ETH away from recruitment in January.

People make it so difficult. It's easy, bring an assistant for him to make sure he refreshes everything and if he's stubborn you replace him. He's irritatingly repetitive in his planning, tactics, selections, mindset. This changes nothing in the future.
You have to understand there are like 1/3 of our current squad that could possibly be salvaged. That playing in a team that is performing poorly regularly is having a direct effect on the team and the players you actually think you can redeem in the squad.
Saying you are keeping the team as is till new management is in is like drinking sheite beer and hoping you get used to it. You may get used to it but it doesn't make you better. It's still sheite. And it could get worse. I hate wallowing.
Simple thing. Someone who has little to no attachment to anyone. Start changing the mindset before any new ownership can start working on everything else because it's only going to make 8y harder
