What's the problem, if there is one?
It only replaces the Euro competitions, noone is leaving the Premier League.
Uefa and FIFA are corrupt, so why defend there right to a monopoly.
Put it like this:
Your wife says she loves you but wants to go swinging. You don't want to. She says that even though she loves you and doesn't want to split up, she is going to try it. It is gonna happen no matter what.
You have a decision, take the moral high ground and either end the marriage or be a cuckold and just let her do it and pretend to yourself it is not happening.
Or, reluctantly bang anything that moves.
Decision is yours.

City official
Manchester City Football Club confirmed in 2021 that it had formally enacted the procedures to withdraw from the group developing plans for a European Super League.
Our position has not changed. We remain committed to the values of European football, and we will continue to work with fellow clubs through the ECA and participate in UEFA competitions.
Seems a few people got a bit giddy, a little too early

Guilty of not sharing our trade secrets with rival clubs

"trade secrets"
In all fairness, all this will do is drive more and more fans to non league football. I chopped my Spurs season ticket in 2 years ago and got one and my local non league side and it was the best decision I made. 5 mins up the road, beer on the stands, talk to the players, know the staff etc etc.
Also, helps they happened to win back to back promotions so actually seen a team I support win the league <league>

Interesting how both Liverpool and Woolwich waited until today before releasing statements about not joining a Euro Super League. Both American owned. Not surprised, the biggest terrorist country in the world has an eye on changing football in the long run.
