Jota ACL

Fantastic result yesterday but it came at a huge price and for me we won’t be able to stay at the top and compete in the cup competitions come the later stages.

Jones has been superb and will be a huge loss for us

Jota I’m hearing has done his ACL and is expected to miss the best part of 9 months. What a player this fella is.

I cannot believe how unlucky we’ve been with injuries this season

On another note all the talk of City dropping points yesterday whilst Arsenal continue to win games and they are looking very strong indeed and will be delighted that all the talk is about us and Man City

Liverpool have had really bad luck with injuries. I’d say us and Newcastle’s luck has been as bad though. We don’t have the strength in depth Liverpool have.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We had 5 first teamers out the whole season.

Timber, Partey, Tomi, Zinny, ESR
----------------------------------------------------------------------
ESR is not a first team player. Partey was replaced by Rice and had been playing full back due to injuries. Zinchenko has played around 30 games so far this season. Timber yes, it was extremely unfortunate especially for a new player who needs game time to get used to the team and was likely a big part of any new tactical plan the manager had for the new season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Tbf we've not had our best midfielder all season, we've been without Jesus for most of the season and then between Zinchenko, Tomi (the guy who pocketed Salah the time he played) and Timber we've also lost a defender.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Surely your best midfielder is Rice?

Yeah Arsenal's injury list also not great but not close to those hit worst. Who's your best midfielder? I thought that was Odegaard? Rice after him. Surely not Partey?

I too, am interested in who he thinks arsenals best midfielder is

‘We’ve been without Jesus most of the season’

A 30 second check shows he’s played 17 league games and they all want him replaced anyway!

‘We’ve been without our best midfielder in Party’
- they guy was bombed out to RB to accommodate the actual best midfielder.

ESR - just fvcking lol at that one.

I don’t think Utd and Spurs have been able to start their first team once fwiw.

Let's not forget Party should have had the Greenwood treatment but Arsenal continue to back him.

We’ve had like 16 different cb partnerships this season alone.
