Der Spiegel are now coming forward with further info on the Man City FFP case and it certainly doesn't look good for them at all:

Certainly seems that they've blagged their sponsorship with Etihad Airways to dope FFP. There's now talk of immediate relegation or a plea deal, which would see City accept a points deduction to close the case.
You'd have to think that if there was a points deduction, it would be anything from 40-60 points for the amount of breaches. The ironic thing is, City would easily have gotten away with this if it wasn't for declaring outrageous 'hiding in plain sight' revenues that were bigger than us, Barca, Real Madrid etc.
I've long suspected this will all come to conclusion in the summer of 2025, just after Pep has gone and probably alongside the likes of Walker, KDB, Haaland and Bernardo.
They're in huge trouble and to me should be relegated when they're found guilty. A points deduction isn't strong enough

There are bigger issues to deal with right now Boris. Like the majority of our fanbase suddenly getting hard for ETH, because he pulled off some Oleball against you lot at Wembley.
That result was misleading too... City were clearly tired after 2 gruelling seasons and didn't look right at all.
Ten Hag out.

Are the PL going to charge the Champions with fielding tired players?
Wouldn’t surprise me tbh

I'm just saying you could see on Saturday that you lot have played about 10000 games since August 2022 and it finally caught up with you.
We weren't even that good. Just parked the bus like we did under Ole against you and countered.
I also think the fact you lot had the 4 in a row parade booked, as well as an end of season party a week before the match, played into our hands and made your team less motivated.
Ten Hag out.

"The expression 'tax haven' in relation to the Cayman Islands is hopelessly outmoded.
"The reason why corporations go to the Cayman Islands is not necessarily to avoid tax. [They] will pay taxes in the jurisdictions in which taxes are due to be paid. Corporations, particularly hedge funds, that trade out of the Cayman Islands domicile there for various other reasons relating to quality of the legislation, stability, absence of intrusive regulation."

Yeah, it's just a stroke of luck or coincidence that they all end up making big savings on taxes paid.
