A points deduction would be absolutely pointless unless it's 50+ points which is then also pointless because you might as well save the hassle and relegate them.
A 30 point deduction for example would just mean they spend one year finishing midtable before going back to winning titles.
City would love a points deduction if it meant no titles get stripped.
Based on Forest and Everton's charges, City would in theory be docked 460 points, which is equivalent to at least 5 relegations if not more.

Not obsessed. I don't want those titles to trickle down to the runners up but if 115 is serious then they should be stripped.

The real world where experts are saying they can be relegated you mean?
The fact Etihad Airways are doing an IPO doesn't mean they aren't doping.
In fact, it's laughable how certain City fans are claiming the IPO proves no wrongdoing.
It's not like Steve Madden ran an IPO for his company, SHOO, which was entirely fraudulent back in the 90's. Watch 'The Wolf Of Wall Street' if you like.
There's been plenty of IPO's that are with fraudulent companies, so yet another 'City are innocent' myth busted right away

True. The whole 'Etihad Airways are doing an IPO' thing means nothing. City have clearly been doping for years. I'd even go as far as to say that if they pay everyone off and are found not guilty, that they'd still be guilty.
They're guilty regardless of the verdict.
Relegate them.
"A report by German publication Der Spiegel claims leaked emails show the airline only paid £8million of their official £67.5m obligation to City for the 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2015-16 seasons. The rest allegedly came from the Abu Dhabi United Group.
If true, this would break financial rules set by both the Premier League and UEFA. It could also suggest a fraudulent conspiracy between City's top brass and Etihad executives, according to one industry source."
And that is just 1 of the 115 charges?
That alone should be enough to relegate them, never mind the rest. Disgusting fraudulent plastic club
Oh yeah and fraud is effectively theft.
I can see the Inland Revenue getting involved at some stage? Seems inevitable now.
You've got to feel sorry for the genuine City fans. Luckily there aren't any.

They must be relegated, though I think they'll take the 40-50 point deduction.

To be fair, there are a number of real City fans who followed them in the lower leagues and still do today. They are also victims of this too I would say.
Watch next summer... Pep will go and so will some of their megastars. Next thing, probably July time, the guilty verdict will be announced and then all hell breaks loose.
Luckily the majority of the team who cheated, plus Pep, won't be there anymore.
Their achievement last season will forever be known as 'The Tainted Treble'
All charges aside I admire City for
Having the best manager
A great team
Not spending outrageous sums on individual players.
The epitome of a well run club.
Although I'm pretty sure some rules were broken to get where they are.
I don't feel any anger towards them, but I do feel envy.

Also being charged with failing to comply and cooperate with investigations, which basically doesn't require much proof, if any at all, as they either complied and produced what was asked or they didn't.
By that logic, it's virtually guaranteed there will be a guilty verdict for at least some of these charges IMO, the question is what will be the penalty because there's nothing to stop them hitting City with the maximum penalty if they want, which is a massive fine and relegation to the bottom of the football pyramid.

I just can't see how you can admire them when they're such blatant cheats.
None of what they've won has been fairly earned for example.
They don't get Pep without cheating.
They don't sign KDB without cheating.
They don't sign Haaland without cheating.
