It's written in the stars. ETH will leave at the end of the season, we will bring in Tuchel / Southgate / another, who will give us some improvement but won't take us back to the very top.
Meanwhile..................Cleverley will get Watford promoted and have them settled as a top 10 EPL club for a few seasons, ready for the next challenge........................
And the guy who didn't quite make it as a player at Utd will come back and take us back to the top as a manager

Slightly tongue-in cheek of course, but I do think that the manager to take us back to challenging for titles is someone who isn't even on the radar right now

Ten Hag can't leave now. We must see the battle of the balds. Can't wait for all the memes and jokes when we play beach other with two bald shine heads on the touchline, and the fight again bald shaming picking up speed. Gonna be legendary.
