EXCL #MUFC prepared to listen to offers for majority of 1st team squad bar rising stars like Mainoo/Garnacho/Hojlund. Ready to adopt ultra flexible approach to window. Won’t actively look to sell likes of Rashford but will give real considerable to offers.

Hope this is true. Other than Mainoo/Garnacho/Hojlund I wouldn’t be overly sad to lose of the rest of the the senior squad. Can’t see the majority having many takers though.
Another clear out needed?

Possibly.
Frimpong has a buy out of 34m
The price for Todibo is touted as 35m
Olise supposedly has a buy out under 60m.
The other 3 are complete guesswork.

It's so frustrating about Martinez's injuries, as well as his ability on the pitch he just seems to have the right mentality that we're lacking so much in our squad and for that reason we have to at least give him a but more time to see if he can get up and running. Hopefully he can improve his fitness as he could be very versatile for us if any future manager prefers a bigger CB.

Agree, it is a bit too early to be writing him off as another Phil Jones like the OP has.

Yeah, we'll find out in time whether there are recurring issues from the foot injury. My gut instinct is he's likely to be vulnerable to injuries due to his bravery and aggression rather than being made of papier maché and bolsa wood.

Add onana to the list of players that need to go.
Him being a nice fella with a good attitude isnt a prereq for being a united player. You actually need to be good, probably one of the main prereqs.

Onana was good (in the CL as well as Dutch league and Serie A) for several seasons. Isn't it possible that his actual level is closer to the one he showed at Ajax and Inter than being defined by a handful of blunders playing behind at chaotic side that allows the number of chances per game you'd associate with a relegation side? (Indeed, stats suggest he has been above average in the PL in terms of expected goals conceded/saved.)

Onana does ok considering the barrage of goal attempts he has to deal with every game, no matter what level the oppo are. And that includes any combination of CBs. If the manager could fix the problems that we have with the empty midfield in front of them that causes these problems all the back 5 would loook a lot much better. And as of yesterday more valuable.

Eth was good at Ajax too, and Antony, yet we all want Eth gone.

I believe before buying any players, a manager should come in first.

Yes ETH was good at Ajax and he was worked with players who fit his requirement. But hes at United now in the PL which is a different propositio with players who cant play the Ajax way. Which he isnt dealing very well. Even the players like Anthony that he brought in cant do it for him.
