There is such a thing as bad luck. During my time supporting them there have been injury crisis under every manager.
Also I don't believe ETH has much input, we have a trainer after all, and Erik will have other things to do.

Think it's part to the reliance on CBs for our play.
They have more possession than thebrestbof the players. Even Onana has more possession than our CMs. ETH is a joke, and his system is bull crap.

So, our CBs are getting nose bleed from the hours they spend on the ball even though they are used to hoofing?

If that was the case why don't all possession based teams have similar injuries, especially to their CBs?!

That just tells you how poor our defence is that old maggy has been one of our best players. Well actually, that just tells you how poor the entire team is really.
To be fair to him he's overcome a lot of criticism and I always respect a player who can do that, but it doesn't stop him being a mid table player at best.

Hadn't forgotten them. That will happen too.
However unlike the manager and his team who you can replace all at once.....you can't sell or release 80% of your squad in one summer. It's just not possible. So I'd start the rebuild this summer with 30-40% of them being moved on if possible and then next summer do something similar.

One thing is sure is that if Brailsford is serious about making Marginal Gains at United in every facet of the club he's going to find it facking easy not to succeed.
