As these are stories from Romano can I add an Ornstein one onto here stating Utd are seriously considering De Ligt.

I know he’s often reliable but I just don’t see us going for de Ligt. Would cost a bomb, would demand huge wages and has injury problems. 3 major red flags that we seriously need to avoid moving forward.

Maybe de Ligts agent is trying to create something now that Bayern supposedly want him off their wage bill. Generally if Bayern want to get rid of someone there’s a good reason.

Not a player I thought we'd go after either to be honest. You could well be right. Perhaps it's to push other clubs into selling. Who knows!
