Bissouma

What's everyone views on him ?

Personally starting to think the guy is a bit of a moron.... some pretty boneheaded play last season (stupid red cards, giving the ball away, generally looking pretty sloppy) and now this "hippy crack" bust. The guy is starting to look like he barely has a brain cell to rub together.

There's no doubt he's talented with the ball at his feet and dribbling with it but other than that, he lacks defensive discipline, doesn't score or assist & is a pretty terrible passer.

Other than 10 good games to start last season, he's done fack all at Spurs

I wonder if the club might be getting a bit tired of this clown

Wouldn't be in the least bit bothered if we sold him... shame really, had really high hopes after his spell at Brighton.

If he stays, I can see him down the pecking order to some of the young kids....Id be fine with any of Bergvall, Sarr or Gray starting ahead of him.

I know he's no world beater but if Gallaghers deal to Madrid collapses, Id go back in for him. Would think Ange would love the balance of energy/pressing with the ability to be creative of something like a MF of Gallagher/Lolo, Gray/Sarr and Bergvall/Madders

do we have room in the squad and time to bring in a CM RW, and CB/LB?

think it will be 2 more maximum

I know I'm the first to throw my toys out the pram and criticize Levy but fair play to club if they do manage any combo of a CM, Back up LB and possibly another attacker when you consider they have spent 105mln on Gray & Solanke (biggest domestic deal so far this summer) + whatever we paid for Bergvall in Jan and managed to get PEH, Royal & Ndombele off the books.

If we are not yet done and we might still get a couple more, a 150mln+ outlay would certainly justify all the talk about what kinda revs the new stadium and our historically sensible spending might now allow us to do

Fair play Spurs

I do have a sneaky feeling that Gallagher is gonna end up at Spurs.... This Chelsea/ Athleti thing sounds like a mess, Im not sure the player can/ wants to go back to Chelsea and Spurs interest in him appears genuine and long standing.

He just seems like Ange type player and could see a MF with him alongside a Sarr or Gray might allow one of Madders, Bergvall Or Lolo to really thrive in the more advanced attacking role behind a front three of Son, Solanke & BJ..... You could almost play Kulu in there if needed as you really have a ton of energy with players that can all press, track runners and play a bit

Just feels like Spurs need a guy that does all the grunt work but who's a bit more mobile than PEH

Id pay 40mln for Gallagher all day..... He's not a wow player but I think he makes Spurs a much more balanced team

Ive never really liked him and the Euros was the nail in the coffin for me...showed him up to be so technically limited that he was always the weakest link in midfield.

He may help our press but i think what would better help us is a DCM who can receive the ball under the press and move it forward, while also showing a bit of defensive and positional discipline.

I think Biss' performances in the first 10 games went to his head. In a recent Spurs vid on YT he said 'I'm the king of Tottenham' down the camera lens. I thought what a idiot. He plays music only he likes in the dressing room as well.

Bottom line he is replaceable and could be a bad influence on the younger players. If a bid came in I would sell.

Promote Devine to take his place.

Bissouma has never lived up to his hype when we bought him.
He is an idiot. Cannot be trusted to do anything right.
Get rid of at first opportunity.

I don't really buy that he is sloppy, he has one of the highest pass completion rates on one of the highest number of passes attempted per game.

the truth is you're inevitably gonna give the ball away a few times a game when you play the way we do.

Na, some passes of his that did go astray last season were terrible and in really dangerous positions. It happened a lot.
