Sorry to be pedantic but it's not two games in is it? It's more than 115/120 games in now and we are still seeing schoolboy errors.

Welbeck and Pedro literally unmarked in our 6yard box yesterday.

His job is to coach the team to do the basics at the very minimum yet we still can't defend, control a midfield or score goals consistently.

This burying your head in the sand routine is so transparent and most of you don't even believe the BS you're spreading.

Set pieces have obviously been a problem for us for many years at both ends of the pitch and continue to be both in first and second phase but it is also up to the players to be aware and take some responsibility in situations like that but they all just left it to each other.

Have a look around you and pick up a spare man, it isn't that difficult.

Ill probably get some flack for this but Onana can see everything from his position. He should be getting players in position.

Well at least that's what my keeper does every game on free kicks, corners etc

I've watched the replay and it's criminal that even Onana doesn't have any awareness of the two players just to his right.
So poor.

Yes the defenders should be aware but when you are keeping your eyes on an opposition player it's difficult to change focus in the heat of the game.

I don't see how Onana can take his eyes of the developing situation to his right and Adingra who might have got a shot away. He can't take his eyes of that to direct players to the back post.

The two players free at the back post don't really appear in space until after Ayari plays the ball to Adingra.

Putting any blame on Onana is harsh to say the least.

It all happens very fast to be fair in the space of max 10 seconds but someone in that defence has more vision than the rest of the players.
Who responsibility is it?

The outfield players but situations like that are probably something that need more work on the training ground too.
