Bentancur was deemed under FA jurisdiction as it was an interview ahead of but not part of Copa America so not Conmebol and so not Fifa. He is an English-based player so therefore Fernandez video was on team bus leaving Copa America stadium so deemed part of the tournament, therefore under Fifa jurisdiction. So FA not involved. Fifa still awaiting Conmebol update before deciding whether to take disciplinary action.
