Total Shambles

Not angry, not upset..... anyone with half a brain cell knew this was coming.... I'm sorry but victories Vs Everton, Brentford, a totally broken United and 2 pub teams in the Europa are the equivalent of wins vs the likes of St Johnstone & Hearts Etc.

I don't wanna hear anymore of these dog shlt comparisons Vs Arteta etc.... any manager worth his salt in the PL know's you get your defense sorted 1st and build from there.... I'm sorry Ange, you are million miles away from being the second coming of Pep... for a start you don't have the players to play in the way you want..... You are nothing more than the neutrals Favorite. Cahos football & Lots off goals is great if you don't give a shlt... sadly lots of us do !!!

Ange was found out in Nov last year, some of the players have changed but nothing else has.. Spurs beat poor sides home and away but we're not smart or savvy enough to pick up worthy points on the road and the half decent teams (one of who was coached today by a bloke in his 30s) will figure us out in an hour... We're a joke...Ange is a fraud..... Go back to pub leagues where ideology and having the best team wins out... sadly mate, unless you are City, it doesn't work with the big boys.

Ange was a popularity hiring by Levy after his 3 prior c()ck ups..... He has ZERO Business being in the Spurs Job. His job is to win games of football, not to entertain neutrals, not to give good pressers and not to hold on to some schoolboy ideology that's massively out of its depth.

I don't expect him sacked because Levy has nowhere left to go, I expect more of the same goals galore at both ends and Spurs moving precisely nowhere.

Yet another wasted season..... Spursy as always... He's the perfect Spurs manager

Unfortunately, it's gonna take a while for everyone to realise. I said earlier, he will have us 7th-5th. If that is OK, then fine.

I also don't think we can do the cups as we can't get away with it all the time. Sit deep, let Werner have the ball, hit it over Porros head. Udogie has become the gift that can't stop giving.

Timo is in for Sonny remember, and he should be back after the International break.

What was so disappointing was how we responded in the second half. I mean surely everyone knew that Brighton were going to try and come back into it? They already had a few good chances in the first half. Once they got their first goal it didn't wake anyone up. Not the players, nor the manager. Took us an age before we even had a shot on target again and by that point we were already in a losing position.

It's unforgivable how the players suddenly forgot they were footballers in the second half and just conceded all dominance at the click of a finger.

makes no difference if you can’t defend properly…. Ange ball only works against teams who are vastly inferior…. It’s Scottish pub league tactics in the best league in the world…. It’s a waste of time… enjoy the show but the results are irrelevant

You said it… we all knew Brighton were gonna have to fight back….what do you do to counter that… defend properly, sadly Ange doesn’t defending…. Get rid…. Waste of everyone’s time

It's becoming a big catch with Ange. We're getting the good stuff i.e. the first half today, the nice attacking football, but when it doesn't work, like when teams defend deep, or really pressure us, then we get found out and drop points. If he could only try and strike a balance between attack and defence or some flexibility in tactics, we'd actually be a really good team.

yep but he won’t and therefore we are not…. We’re a circus show…. It’s why the neutrals love us

City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Villa, Brighton and Newcastle and maybe Fulham are better teams and better coached than Spurs…. Only one of those I think we might finish above is Fulham … As for winning a cup…. Not a hope in hell…. You have to beat a big team in a high pressure spot to do that…. No chance with Ange ball

Spurtle.....it should be obvious to anyone of the meanest intellect by now that Aussieglue is a one trick pony. He has no plan B.
Nope.
And some, like me, would say he doesn't even really have a plan A.

DiamondLights.........excellent post, if a little long winded.
I cannot find anything you said that I disagree with.
Unfortunately, Spurs have an excellent squad, and a manager who cannot play them sensibly.
The man is an idiot, period!
