Only one other manager has achieved that in the last 15 years to the start of a new season and that was Nuno, who didn't last much longer afterwards. Even he had 2 more points at this stage.
I said on another thread that Ange needed a bit of a turnaround with these fixtures up to this international break, and he did that, but at the same time it would be a better sign for us to go unbeaten, even if it meant accumulating slightly less points, than getting slightly more and losing another so soon after the Arsenal and Newcastle losses. The losses are becoming too frequent and it dates back to last season. If you aren't going to win at least make yourselves hard to beat.
I don't know what Levy's plan is for Ange. Most managers would be soon for the chop under him with what we're seeing. Needs to now be another good run I feel if he is to save his job.
3 PL losses in first 7

Exactly. 16 years is a long time and I’d definitely love to win the Europa, I was an 11 year old new fan when we won the UEFA cup in 84, what a night at WHL that was.

I was there mate. Great night. I was usually stood on the shelf, but a mate gave me his season ticket seat in East Stand. Another nail biter.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wow lucky you ! Graham Roberts late equaliser and legendary Tony Parks with the penalty save to win it! I always remember the crowd singing “there’s only one Danny Thomas” when he missed his penalty
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That was my first Spurs game !! 8 years old, stood on a wooden shoe box with my old man on The Shelf.. Fantastic memory !!!

Lucky you first game. A trophy. Although I was just as lucky as well. My first full season as an 11 year old Spurs won two trophies.

Worse for me, a double, back to back FA Cups, European trophy in my first three seasons. But hey ho it is what it is. I wouldn't have it any other way.
I get my enjoyment these days in just turning up at WHL for a day out. Not particularly bothered about the performance or result. I don't like losing, but have long ago realised that not every team can perform well and win every game.

United supporter in peace. I’m probably not too objective about Ange being Australian and all but having watched the game I wonder if you had Son on the pitch instead of Werner would you have put the game to bed well before half time?
I think he’s a top manager. And he may just surprise you guys yet. Surely it’s more fun than the Jose/Nuno/Conte days?

3 losses = 3 more windows for Ange.

Get Thomas Tuchel Now!
Or ManU will....
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They can have him for 18 months as that’s all he lasts at clubs
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wins a damned lot of stuff in 18 months. Look at his record!

Ange is just Christian Gross fantastic manager in small countries but in no way suitable for a big league.
Tactically outclassed by Silva, de zerbi, guardiola, GARY O'NEILL twice, hurzeler, arteta. Just not good enough for this football club.

I must admit I wanted him replaced after the Coventry match, mainly because I thought he wasn't taking the cup seriously. But that was mostly kneejerk after a poor display.
The football since that match has been very good, and Ange has me back on board. Maybe he should perhaps make his subs better. Both Bentancur and Maddison are not 90 minute players. The reason Spurs lost at Brighton was nothing to do with Ange and his high line, but all to do with individual errors and just bad defending from so called senior players like Romero.
Cups have to be the way forward for Spurs this season.
