Re conspiracy theories - Are people saying that there has been no weather modification or that these type of things have nothing to do with weather modifications?

Things like cloud seeding 100% exist, whether it contributes to freak weather conditions is another argument.

What happened here (Valencia) isn't that unusual, there's always some freak weather occurrence every year, the lack of preparedness was the issue, my friend mentioned it on Sunday the amount of rainfall that will happen on Tuesday surely they could've warned people earlier.

He couldn’t give a flying fack about the future, all it is for him is here and now, and none of it is about the American people or the world, it’s all about how he can look good.
