agreed, but using him as a valuation makes sense. If he is better or at least performed much better than "Spoonez" and has longer remaining on his contract then expect to pay more for Gyokeres.

He was in the Championship 2 years ago.

Not saying he isn’t a good player or anything but this mindless twerking for a player that I guarantee the OP has only ever watched play once in his life is getting insufferable. How many successful imports from the Portuguese league have we had? Can’t think of any

try closer to £80m, thats his release clause and he is contracted to 2028. Liverpool paid 65 for Nunez who hadnt performed anywhere near as well as Gyokeres.

what? pretty sure he was smashing it just like him before we signed him. Took him a year to get going and played out wide? 26 in 28, Gyökeres 29 in 33 hit the ground running in portugal.though nunez was 20/21 compared to 25/26.

Either way he looks an exciting player and id welcome him to the prem for whoever. I think Arsenal are the ones who could do with him most, they need a striker like that for sure. Utd not far behind.

You missed your chance to get Gyokeres. You could have got him in the summer but Arteta felt he had enough with Havertz. It's obvious where Gyokeres is going next.

But at least I know that he is a million times better than Havertz and GJ9.

Nunez - 76 games as striker - 36 goals, 8 games on LW - 12 goals,
total - 85 games - 48 goals (which is better than I thought)

Gykores - 66 games (all up front) 65 goals.

I was wrong about it being double but its comfortably better.

I think getting him for around £50m is never gonna happen
