Year. It's been announced that Leverkusen manager will be leaving as soon as the league ends. My question is should we have waited? Alonso is German league champion and has English league experience. He's found, highly tactical and plays a back 4 formation which means a lot of our players are not redundant. With Ten Haag being a back up choice all along, why couldn't he be allowed to manage the team till he came.
Let's just say I'm worried about a new formation midway through the season

Think it's blatantly obvious he is Madrid bound.
Could potentially be a good fit for City if Pep leaves in summer but will he want to face a few seasons in the lower leagues? Not sure.

Maybe ask yourself why he's leaving?

Bayern or Real could well be looking for a new manager next Summer so I'm sure it's there he'll be going. I'm hoping he'll be going to Liverpool though to be honest.

Let me just state this, the whole divide of manager in or out let's just stop this nonsense here.
If you are here as long as I have been, this started in the Moyes era.
Everyone and I mean everyone should be behind this manager. If this fella fails, let's all call it a day our club in the pits.

Lol... so no issues!! Back 3 is the future!!!!

Back three could work, depends on the current players adapting and whoever he brings in, load of maybes to be fair but if that's how he chooses to go then fair enough, let's see how it goes first
