Worst League In Years? Possibly Ever???

Do we find ourselves in possibly the weakest Premier League season in years- or, in fact, of all time? The league table just doesn’t make much sense to me at all, it’s genuinely shocking how bad the league is this season. You’ve got the likes of relegation fodder Notts Forest, nearly at the top of the table going into January for God’s sake

City have completely collapsed, Arsenal aren’t up to much and then teams like Newcastle, Villa and ourselves are all undergoing strange transitional seasons; Amorim changing our style of play, Villa unable to cope with the demands of UCL football and Newcastle settling down after uncertainty with Eddie Howe.

I’ve not known a pathetic season like this since 15/16, when all the big boys collapsed and Leicester got over the line for the title. Sky and TNT must be devastated; their premium product to sell subscriptions has literally gone to pot.

Avoiding the relegation zone is massive pressure for United.

We could very well win at Anfield. Look what we did to City.

If we make it through the first 20 minutes without conceding, we’ve got a huge chance of winning. Just counter attack with Amad.

Liverpool are 1.35 to win.

I actually think that’s good value and the bookies are building in a small buffer because it’s United.

Realistically, this should be a walkover for Liverpool.

West Ham made it through the first 20 mins and we beat them 5-0, and they were at home and are arguably better than Man Utd

Similar type of feel about it to the FA Cup final, which we unexpectedly won.

We might beat them.
