How Lethal Can Javier Hernandez Get?

Now I know some people hate on this guy but me personally I think this guy will be a big hitter in a few years time on goal-scoring charts. He may not be good with link-up play, dribbling or have the qualities of an all-round striker but when it comes to burying the ball into the back of the net this guy is one of the best.

I believe the only reason he hasn't hit 30 last season was because United's midfield was pi$$ poor. No one in their mid has vision - I believe even Henry would struggle when you have those bucktoothed horses, Fletcher, Anderson, Carrick etc playing behind you and even when that very poor version of Wilshere..whatshisname..Cleever guy comes back. Even if they had vision, most of them would lack the skill to execute it.

Had Hernandez had Fabregas, Arteta, Wilshere, Ramsey or any other midfielder behind him to thread passes through, I'm sure Chica would be sitting comfortably at the top of the charts.

Hernandez >> Rooney = Berbatov= Titus Bramble

He can't really be any more deadly than he is at the moment. He is probably the best goal poacher in Europe right now and he is only 24 or something like that! Wish we had him.

He's awful, he scores loads of goals. For some reason Fergie likes these kind of players, all they do is score goals.

His link-up play with midfield, his off-ball intelligence and his strikers' instinct to be at right place at the right time, is just phenomenal from someone who only came from the Mexican league 15 months ago. Seriously, his progression has been phenomenal.

And he's very clinical as well. He still has other areas of where he can improve i.e. passing, competing for aerial balls and his shooting from distance, but he has to be one of the best one-on-one composed finishers in the league and for someone who only came into the PL last year, he has a decent first touch (much better than Bendtner's or Chamakh's, that's for sure!). Great reactions too, to leave the last defender stranded.

If Hernandez was at Arsenal, I have no doubt he would be second choice.

It's scary to ruminate over how good he is now and how could he could be in several more years working under SAF.

And the cherry on the Hernandez cake is that he works hard for the team.
