Skrtel has had decent games in nearly every game he's played since Kenny joined the club. Kuyt is a great player for us and always has been, and scores vital goals and Lucas is one of the first names on the teamsheet. You're just blind.

I don't know the exact number of fans but I know it was over 60% of people that voted on the LFC website.

I voted and voted for Lucas, I'm sure many others on here did.

Tell me exactly why you think Lucas and Kuyt are mediocre, using multiple examples from matches within the last 6 months.

I voted Lucas as my player of the year based on his performances I saw from my seat on The Kop and the other 19 away games I saw in their entirety on lfctv, easily the most improved player in England recently and only rarely loses concentration but other than that he is a key member of our squad!

I agree though that Dirk is frustrating and has the worst touch of any player in our squad but he is a godsend in the tight big games with his constant chasing of lost causes and therefore he should only play in the big games!

Adam is doing his bit and finding his feet as is Henderson and both are encouraging us fans gradually, whereas Stewart Downing seems to have hit a brick wall and struggling with his confidence but I reckon he will come good again soon!

Obviously it's not as good as with Masch, Xabi & Gerrard. I think actually Henderson's quite good, and Downing makes the left flank safe for us, I admit, not the most exciting player to watch. If our "engine" is Adam & Lucas I am a bit worried. Lucas has improved but I still think we need some steel to the center of the park, now that Gerrard will be out for the remainder of the year.
