just to think, we once had a team of: Alonso, Gerrard, Mascherano ...quite possibly one of the greatest midfields in the world.
It's the way you look at it, a midfield trio of Lucas Henderson and Adam is pretty decent, a nice amount of balance in that three.
Wont matter if we score goals will it? Its time Carroll/downing and Henderson started getting a few..

How are we creating so many chances this season then? I'll tell you how - Comolli has went out and identified three players who were some of the top assist specialists in the league last season and Kenny signed them. Now we have them, meaning we have more chances.

my god, you really are quite a sad man.
Adam is also mediocre, but is better and offers more than the other three.
what Lucas offers, mmm slow, makes poor tackles on occasions, has poor positioning sense, passes about 10 yards the majority of the time, doesn't score, creates very little.
and before ye go on, ye he has the odd good game, but overall, he is a very mediocre Prem player
and yes in my forties, so was brought up on teams of the 70s and 80s, great players, great teams, not!! Lucas' Hendersons or Downings!!

and yes in my forties, so was brought up on teams of the 70s and 80s, great players, great teams, not!! Lucas' Hendersons or Downings!!
