so just to get this straight the ground is being built nothing will stop it now

as long as if they go for a judical review the judge says for them to jog on then yes if he does it it may take longer but looking at the law on it i can't see a reason for the judge to allow the review

Forgot to mention that the Chairman of the meeting stated that he had seen with his own eyes that the land was used as a tip, that's pretty damning evidence.
