Well thats 3 of the 7 points I thought we might get after watching the Burnley game from the next 3 matches. 1 0r even better 3 points from Southampton at home is next on the menu then a win at Vicarage Road and the McInnis bandwagon will roll on and on.
Its hard to see just what changes have been made at the Gate other than he has somehow managed to reinstill the belief in the players. Yet again the heads didn't drop when Millwall got their equaliser which has to be the most remarkable example of the Del factor this newfound belief in themselves.
Doing well

Well he has certainly impressed his will to win onto the players plus as said before the players seem to be enjoying the whole experience again.

Colin has never looked Sexier !
McI has turned us into a team of fighters.
He has made real players of Fonts, KilK and Pearson.
And Scuze will henceforth be known as Cole. Because he has earned it....

McInnis has got him playing out of his skin at Right Back plus he has managed to get everyone else playing as well.

There was only one Cole on City's fire that was Andy brilliant decision to get him on loan then buy him rubbish decision to sell him with no sell on clause, could have netted us another million or more.

McInnes is doing a fine job, as I knew he would. However, I cant say that Fontaine is looking a real player, he is still very shaky at the back as is Nyatanga. What's improved our defence, certainly on Sunday is Cisse and Marv being in the middle. This was an obvious move really as most know but something Keef never spotted for some reason. I still think, come January, a central defender is the priority as it has been for a number of seasons now.
McInnes certainly knows how to make a team work. The board took some stick appointing the perceived cheap option in Millen therefore they should be praised in appointing the purported expensive option in McInnes, great choice!
