...and he really does score!
Can't believe the big man doesn't have a thread to himself after the weekend! Hate Kean all you want, but for 1.5m Yakubu has been an absolute steal, already 10 goals to the good and only getting better
Thanks must go to David Moyes for being entirely inept this summer and selling him.
Thanks Everton
Feed the Yak...

Even if he tails off after a good start it was still a steal for the price we paid.

Well so far he's worth only 150k per goal, Antoine else in premier league coming close to that? its not Unreasonable given our style of play to see him bag 20, that's 75k per goal, I think you'd buy them at that if you could!

Andy Carroll comes pretty close to that.
I would work out the cost per goal, but i only have one calculator.

The Yak was much better value than Carroll what a waste of money all I can say is cheers David Moyes for letting him go for peanuts. He is 27 and in his prime now he can crack on we will eventually inevitably sell him for around 20 million that is how we do! With his current form he has the capability of keeping us up with a few more solid performances from ruben and mauro. I really think they should let Goodwillie start with the Yak in a game coming up as well.

What length contract did he sign?

JIMS barmy army.
You would have to be barmy to believe he is "only 27 years old".

I would suggest cutting him in half and counting the rings...
