Seen quite a few Liverpool fans spouting that Evra should be charged over his comments a few years back where he uses the N Word for the full story see this link - warning Liverpool fans this is a link to a story in the sun i wouldn't want you clicking on it and getting all precious about its origins.
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/4040822/Patrice-Evra-in-N-word-video-outburst.html
now the above was said basically whilst talking to himself not directed at anybody and well Evra is black, if this is Racism (according to some Liverpool fans aka morons) then the 'Rap' industry sure is in for a rough ride due to the number of N bombs.
Or we could just be sensible and agree the above is not racism, Suarez IS guilt of racial abuse and move on? naaa
Liverpool fans clutching at those straws

Didn't Evra, in the hearing, state that he didn't like to use the "n" word?
If so, then why is he using it in this clip, irrespective of the context in which it is said?
===
Many rappers say they don't like anyone other than blacks using the N word!
That footage of Evra is many years old btw. Only he knows. As I explained black people tend to take offence if it is uttered by a white person because of the history behind its usage.

One can never accuse Suarez of not improving on his resume.
Biting - yes
Spitting - yes
Diving - yes
Cheating - yes
Giving the finger to rival fans - yes
Racial insults -yes
Not much left to do. Mooning SAF perhaps.

Are you saying someone should be able to get away with racial abuse if they are the same race and the verbal exchange is not inter racial?
..............
No. Are you?
-------------
No me neither. If a black person uses the n word against another black person in a negative context then this is still racism and to be deemed so is not beyond common sense.
Put it another way
If a woman tells another woman that her place is in the kitchen and should for example have no place at a football game then this is sexist. This woman should be branded sexist just the same as if this view was expressed by a man.

A very debateable point.
Who would it be racist against if they are from the same race?
Are there any such cases of this happening before?

By legal definition yes, but in practice nothing is made from it because as I said blacks have or think they have reclaimed the N word to their advantage. They consider calling one another by the N word socially acceptable.

It is debatable but the point is it shouldn't be. There are probably no cases because of the exact point you make.
However, this is almost certain discrimination or would hypocracy be more closer to the mark.

Of course a black person can racially abuse another black person.
I have been witness to such a situation.

.........................
Not sure how you would ever justify it as discrimination.
Take BillyBob (please), for example
He is black and is not offended by being called a negro by a white person. Or that is what he would have us all believe.
Not sure how a black person calling a black person an 'n' is discrimination. Stupidity is what I would call it.
I am white, and let us assume you are also white. If you were wanting to upset me or discriminate me in any way, calling me a white ho nkey just isn't going to do it, I am afraid.

Suarez is closer to being white than Evra. Let's not trivialise the matter. He got caught and rightfully serving his punishment. Naughty little Suarez should refrain from its usage henceforth.
are you for real? so we should now make a decision based on how "white" a person is?
the fact is, suarez is from a mixed race background
however, this isnt the argument here.
evra clearly told the panel that he used the word black because he did not like to even say the "N" word. the video quite clearly contradicts this!.....reliable witness??
