When will we get rid of O'Brien??

This man is taking money from the club at the tune of £10k+ a week without the intention of doing his job. Since he's refused to play he's taken £80-£100k out of the club which could have been used for other players.

The PFA defend players and I understand this. But players can be in disagreement with clubs and I bet if we tried to sack him he'd look to have his full contract paid. Problem is he could have stated he wasn't mentally fit to play in the game due to the abuse he got from fans. SG has now refused to pick him. On this basis he will be getting paid as long as he turns up to train and meet any other obiligations.

I bet it's safe to say Ken and Simon wish Cardiff
had upped their offer and he'd been their headache.

There hasn't even been mention of a fine, so O'Brien must have a pretty strong case.

Perhaps Bates is investigating the situation in the hope Grayson's conduct was such that he could be sacked without a pay-off.

Maybe that's why Grayson is still here and Bates has stopped putting pressure on him.

As Del boy would say Menage a trois Rodney but it doesn,t make sense Del . He has refused to play therefore he has broke his contract in that he has refused to play for the club . He has withdrawn his labourI would suggest BATES knows this and as refused to pay him.
This will mean he can leave for free but we can sue him for breaking his contract with the club

AOB has refused to play for Leeds United.

SG refuses to pick AOB.

Which is it chaps?

Some say the first, some say the second.

My recollection is it is the second.

As Cas stated, either way, it is a waste of wages.

Question is who is to blame for this situation?
