Yes we have been outstanding lately with 11 wins in a row and without a doubt we have some of the best players in the country right now. Best goalie, right back, left back, cb's, midfield and strikers.......and they are all very young. But what have they won? Absolutely nothing!
We were well entitled to gloat after beating our neighbours a few weeks ago but predictions we are going to win the title easily are well off the mark. We are only 2 points ahead and we have some tough games coming up in the next few weeks. St Mirren, Hearts, Aberdeen all tough games so we need to maintain our recent form.
Today we could have paid the price for not taking our chances....and that was the story earlier in the season. We need a top class striker in my opinion although Stokes and Hooper will always be first choice.....for now.
Special mention to Rogne and Mulgrew today. They were solid and some of Mulgrews passes were outstanding. I dont know what to say about Wanyama any more because I have ran out of superlatives!

Rangers have a decent sized squad, just because your squad is not as good as that of your rivals does not mean it is small. Perhaps you should ask your owner who promised £5million investment and has not even spent half of that.

Lennon has brought in 16 and offloaded 18.
Add to this there was 13 players out on loan at the start of Jan and only a couple have come back. The squad aint any bigger than average.
The big differnce might be that a lot of our young players are actually included in the first team squad.
If your lads aint cutting it dont gripe at us

No Rangers spent £3.92million on players in the summer and sold £1.7million worth of players. So his net spend is £2.22million. I am not even including the amount he received due to Adam's sell on clause, when he moved to Liverpool.

you dont know what he spent or brought in, included in the managers budget is signing on fees for existing players who had their contracts renewed and extended, you dont know what these figures are and never will, if the owner clearly stated to the manager you will get £5m, he would have to make that available to him or he would lose the manager, i am given a budget to manage every year, if i didnt get that and people started questioning me i would not be happy at all
