Okay - change of topic. I've drunk some decent and sh.... i... te beers in my time. Thinking back i recall my favourite as being a fine German brew called Bitburger (more of a lager than a real ale). A really crisp and refreshing tipple. Never been into real ales - which must make me a heratic in some circles - always been a lager/cider type of guy.
Worst beer of all time. Belikin. Anyone who's been in the forces and served in Belize will know this brew. The brewery was straight outside the base gates and had a sewer running directly through it. We always wondered where they got the water to make the beer from. The beer had a horrible stench and taste - yet still we drunk it by the bucket load. You sort of got immune to the taste and smell after a while....
So whats yours?
Favourite Beer ???

I still had a good time, it was just dampened and over-shadowed by those issues.
