7 steps to return to success

1) Get Dein back
2) Sack the physio staff and replace them with people who are actually competent.
3)Sign new scouts
4)Sign Martin Keown as defensive coach.
5) Buy a left back. Prefably someone who can also play rb.
6) Buy a striker with quality. Maybe David Villa
7) Buy a creative midfielder like Gotze.

Unfortunately it maybe too late. Top 4 is a pipe dream imo. I doubt anybody decent will want to sign for us when we drop out of the CL and RVP wont waste his career with us. I think we just have to accept we're done for. None of the above steps will be taken . Expect to see a huge decline in attendance and for us to flog players off to reduce the wage bill.

I think if you get this sorted :

1) Get Dein back

the rest will follow as long as the board give him a free role and are committed to his vision.

The man’s name is synonymous with Arsenal. He was vice chairman of Arsenal from 1984 through to 2007 and he’s been responsible for many of the great things that happened to Arsenal during that time. He was a visionary, he was a doer and most importantly… he bled red and white.

Wenger has on a number of occasions said e has money to spend but has chosen not to.

In the eyes of Arsenal fans do you think this is true or do you think he is covering up the fact that there is no money?

I think Wneger is a good manager and has done fantasticallly well at identifying young and promising talent and if he could keep hold of them then you would truly have lied up to your potential but for whatever reason, some key players have gone.

If Wenger truly had the money but never used it I just cannot understand why, that is a massive mistake in my opinion, a signing or two would have made all the difference.

If the money isn't there would Dien really help?

If it is then maybe he would but Wenger would need to be persuaded to use it or even go. If it isn't there and you drop out of CL places you could be in big trouble.

The money is there. I'm certain of that.

The money is definately there.

Whether Wenger is allowed to spend it is another matter.

I reckon the board have given him 40m+ its just Wenger doesn't like buying players with big egos.

If the money is definately there, and Wenger has said he has been told he can spend it then he must have been allowed to spend it. There are plenty of players he could have gone for with 40m that don't have egos surely. Besides it's not as if he has gone out of his way to avoid them in the past. I am sure he has a plan, I'm just not sure it's the right one anymore, it may have been but I think he needs to have a re-think.

I definitely think its Wenger. The board must be anxious. Their plan has always been to raise share value of Arsenal and that can't happen if there is no CL revenue. Infact the board did not want to sell Cesc. Wenger had to plead with them to sell him on the cheap.

Missing out on the CL for one season if it were to happen would not kill you, the danger would come with sustained abscence. I hope you make it, behind us of course.
