Earlier ,they were exceptionally talented, brilliant, fast and furious, very entertaining but very unpredictable.
But now,,,,add CONSISTENCY and they are certainly looking very very dangerous.
Pakistan is the team that might dominate the world cricket for some years to come, given that their team remain as disciplined and consistent and good management.
BTW,if I am not wrong, Pakistan are 9 man change from their team 2 years ago?? For heaven sake, how does Pakistan get the continuous supply of these brilliant performers(here,i say performers because all them seem to have lions heart)?
And finally ,I have to say that in my 7 or 8 years of watching cricket,, I feel Test match cricket at its healthiest and most entertaining best.
Just saw somewhere that All the day of test matches in Australia this summer was house-full, To see hundreds of English fans singing in The Desert, 500 miles away from home is also very encouraging.
I may be wrong but I think Test match cricket is only getting more and more popular.
Pakistan is Dangeroussss!!!!!!!!

I honestly can't see England coming back but i hope i'm proved wrong! We're just too poor in these conditions ATM.

We've done it before in Sri Lanka so it can be done, albeit it was a totally different side mind but if we can put up a score of around 350-400 I honestly think we have the attack to take 20 Pakistani wickets.
They're playing well at the moment and have an outstanding spinner (Something we haven't encountered for a long time) who we're not picking.
If, indeed we bat like we did in Dubai then thats that but lets see.

agreed to the OP, I would like to add we havent really played to our potential for some time but thankfully under a calm management we are now doing that. Boys are more focussed on the game then on anything else. And I do hope they do not get complacent and do not settle for anything less then a series win from here.

To be honest, the team two years ago was a joke. No Younis, Yousuf (I know he's still not here), Misbah, Hafeez, Ajmal, decent wicketkeeper. And we had dead rubber like Faisal Iqbal, Manzoor, Farhat, Salman Butt, Yasir Hameed in the team. Furthermore, the PCB selectors decided to chuck a whole load of new talent, azhar ali, umar amin etc all in at once in England. Now, since the selectors have changed, and we have a reliable captain, the players that deserve to play for Pakistan are playing. The only new additions in the team are Azhar Ali & Shafiq & Cheema, all the others have played for a number of years. Players like Hafeez, Taufeeq, Younis, Misbah were all recalled. Would love MoYo in there but no chance now.
